Easiest Way To Memorize The Trigonometric Table

CBSE

Today, we are telling you How to remember trigonometry table in an easy way? you can easily learn trigonometry table if you have learned the trigonometry formulas. Because the table of trigonometry is depended upon the trigonometry formulas. All function of trigonometry are depended upon each-other by these the remember of trigonometry table is very easy. We can remember complete table by one row. We will tell you few step, by these step you can remember the trigonometry table in an easy way:-

1. How to Remember Values of Standard Angles:

Remembering values of standard angles can be difficult. But with the method shown below you can easily remember the values of standard angles.

First of all, write down the values of standard angles.

  • 0°  30°  45°  60°  90°

2. Write Numbers:

Then write numbers from 0 to 4 below them as shown below.

  • 0°   30°   45°   60°   90°
  •  0    1       2      3       4

3. It’s Time to Divide:

  • 0°       30°       45°       60°      90°
  • 0÷4    1÷4       2÷4      3÷4     4÷4

4. Square Root:

Take the square root of all of them-

  • 0°           30°          45°         60°        90°
  • √0÷4    √1÷4       √2÷4      √3÷4     √4÷4

5. Write Results:

Then write the resultant value.

  • 0°           30°          45°         60°        90°
  • 0              1⁄2             1⁄√2       √3⁄2         1

6. Reverse the Order:

Then write those value in reverse order below them.

  • 0°           30°          45°        60°        90°
  • 0              1⁄2           1⁄√2       √3⁄2         1
  • 1              √3⁄2         1⁄√2        1⁄2          0

7. Divide 1st by 2nd:

Then divide values of the first line with the second line and write resultant values as the third line.

  • 0°           30°          45°           60°         90°
  • 0              1⁄2           1⁄√2        √3⁄2          1
  • 1              √3⁄2         1⁄√2         1⁄2           0
  •  0               1⁄√3        1            √3          ∞

8. Write Sin, Cos, Tan:

Then write sin, cos, and tan on the left-hand side as shown below-

  •          0°           30°          45°              60°        90°
  • Sin-   0              1⁄2             1⁄√2       √3⁄2         1
  • cos-   1              √3⁄2           1⁄√2         1⁄2          0
  • Tan-   0               1⁄√3          1             √3        ∞

So, by this way, you can easily remember values of standard angles.

Values of Cosec, Sec and Cot can be found by taking the inverse of Sin, cos and tan respectively for the given angle.

9. Complete Table:

A complete table of standard angles is shown below-

  •            0°        30°        45°            60°        90°
  • Sin-     0          1⁄2          1⁄√2       √3⁄2         1
  • cos-     1          √3⁄2        1⁄√2       1⁄2           0
  • Tan-     0           1⁄√3       1          √3          ∞
  • Cosec-  ∞           2          √2        2⁄√3         1
  • Sec-       1           2⁄√3      √2        2             ∞
  • Cot-       ∞           √3         1         1⁄√3         0

so, this is the easiest trick as far as i know. I hope this trick will cdefinitely help you.
