JEE- Advanced candidates can now appear for mock Advanced tests at CBSE- Affiliated schools before the actual exam in May.
candidates don’t have to worry about the area and location as many as 18,000 schools will open its door to welcome such candidates. But keep in mind that this facility will only be extended to those who are Qualified to write the Advanced level.
The first part of JEE Exam will be conducted in April.
Now, many of you must be wondering-
Who can appear for JEE 2018?
- The candidate must have been born on or after October 1, 1993.
- For st/st/PWD candidates, the limit is October 1, 1988.
- They must have appeared and qualified in the Class 12th Exam in 2016 or 2017 or preparing to appear for it in 2018.
- Those admitted to IITs before, or who had their admission canceled, can’t appear in the Advanced.

Mock tests to familiarize students with new online style.
For the first time, the advanced is going completely online this year. To allow students to familiarize themselves with the pattern and style, IIT Kanpur will hold mock tests between May 1 and 5.
In a separate notification issued on Wednesday, the CBSE said the difficulty level of every question paper set in the main will remain same this year.
