Suppose we have a set of numbers 2,4,6,10,5. Then we will find the average of these values.
By average formula, we know,
Average = (Sum of items)/No.of items
1) Find the average of 3, 4, 7, 8.
Add the numbers = 3+ 4 + 7 + 8 = 32
Total numbers = 4
Hence, average = 32/4 =8
